Founder/Owner
I have lived in Campbell County TN since 2006. I married my soulmate David Hartter in 2018 and have been blessed with four children, two step children, and three grandchildren. God led me into women's ministry over 20 years ago through a christian direct sales jewelry company. I found a passion to serve women and help them see their God given inner and outer beauty. In 2017 God called me to be apart of a women's jail ministry team. I was terrified but I trusted the Lord. I knew to always do as He leads especially when uncomfortable. From the moment I walked into the first jail cell my testimony flowed without hesitation. At that moment, I understood my true calling.
Through my journey God has shown me that all women have been broken at some point and that we all have a story to tell. Women need to know the true promises God has for them and that we are all made in his image. He has a plan for all of us and offers us an unconditional love. The journey the Lord brought me through has led me to opening Where My Heart Leads Thrifty Boutique. A place where women can go to find a warm smile, listening ear, and a helping hand.

I have lived in Campbell County for fourteen years. I have been blessed to be married to my high school sweet heart, Jacob Monday, for three years. We have two beautiful children. I started my journey in retail sales about five years ago at Goody's as a sales associate. After my first child I took the leap into managing the Estee Lauder and Clinique make-up counter. This is where I found my passion to help women discover their beauty, feel confident, and encouraged.
Once I had my second child, I decided I wanted to become a stay home mom. After about a year, I was discouraged and searching to find myself again. I prayed asking God to help me find my way back to helping others! I prayed and prayed and it came in God's perfect timing! I found an amazing make-up company to continue my passion of helping women discover their outer beauty. That's not all, God led me to be able to help my mom start Where My Heart Leads Thrifty Boutique.
"For I know the plans I have for you says the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." Jeremiah 29:11. I am so thankful that God has allowed me to be apart of this amazing journey.
